Refund policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns
You may return any unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at woofandpurrco@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at woofandpurrco@gmail.com for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or used items, as well as items marked “final sale,” cannot be returned or refunded.
